REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully when purchasing from Ooh La V®, as we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. It’s your responsibility to ensure that any product selected is right for you, taking into account your individual health needs, any medications, and the advice of your healthcare professional.

If your order arrives damaged, or if an item is faulty, incorrectly described, or different from what you ordered, we’ll happily arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel so we can put things right quickly.

Should an error occur when ordering online, we’re happy to exchange your unopened item for the one you intended to purchase. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original saleable condition. You’ll be responsible for any return postage or additional shipping charges.
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, including street number, street name, suburb, and postcode. If an incorrect address is supplied:
- We are unable to guarantee replacement or refund of the order
- If the parcel is returned to us in its original condition we can arrange redelivery at the customers expense
- If the parcel is lost in transit due to an incorrect address it will then be the responsibility of the customer to place a new order
If you notice an error in your shipping details please contact us as soon as possible info@oolav.co.nz - we will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened products, or if you simply don’t enjoy the taste, texture, or personal results of a supplement. Everyone’s body is unique, and it can take several weeks for your system to adjust as it begins to work in harmony with your new nutrients.

Only items purchased directly through www.oohlav.co.nz can be returned to us under this policy. Products purchased through a retail store, pharmacy, or other outlet must be returned to the original place of purchase.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with the original proof of purchase provided.
Please email us prior to returning any item so we can assist with next steps and ensure a smooth process.
